What we handle
NIE numbers
NIE certificates for property purchase, banking, inheritance — with or without residency.
Residency renewals

Arraigo (regularisation)
Social, labour, family and training arraigo under the 2025 rules — residence permits for people already living in Spain.
Family reunification
Bring your spouse, children or parents to Spain; EU-family cards for family members of EU citizens.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between NIE and TIE?
The NIE is your foreigner identification number — it never changes. The TIE is the physical card proving your residence permit. You can have an NIE without residency (e.g. to buy property), but residents also need the TIE card.
When should I renew my residence permit?
You can file from 60 days before expiry until 90 days after. Under the 2025 immigration regulation many renewals are now granted for longer periods (up to 4 years). Filing early and complete is the best protection.
I overstayed / my permit expired. Is there a way back?
Often yes: arraigo pathways (2 years in Spain under the new regulation) or the new "second chance" arraigo for people who previously held a permit. Bring your case — we will give you a realistic assessment for free.
